Shirley Forgey will put her 20 years of experience to work for you. She even went the extra mile and has earned both Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI) designations to better help her customers.

   Shirley enjoys getting to know all her clients, their families, and their goals. Helping you is her Personal goal and what she loves to do!

   She was born and raised in Douglas, earned a degree from University of Wyoming, and then started her real estate career when assisting neighbors in their land/ranch purchases.

   Her husband saw how much she enjoyed meeting with people and solving the issues they had, so he suggested that she get her license. Shirley just replied that she did not want to hear him complain that she wasn't always at home to cook his meals! Always a couple with good humor, he agreed. By next week, Shirley had signed up for training classes in real estate and has since thoroughly enjoyed her clients and helping them.

   In addition to the schooling, she has experience in mortgage loans, and this helps her assist customers in finding the "just right lender and loan" for their needs.
